My Baby, Beans is built around three single-origin coffees sourced from some of the world's most renowned coffee-growing regions:
Ethiopia, Brazil and Guatemala.
Each origin is selected for its own distinctive character.

Once sourced, every coffee is roasted in Sydney, Australia. Working closely with experienced Australian roasters, each origin is developed with its own roast profile to highlight the natural qualities of the bean while maintaining consistency, balance and drinkability.
No two origins are the same. Altitude, climate, soil and processing methods all influence flavour, which is why we focus on showcasing the unique characteristics of each region rather than blending them together.
